Convenient. Nutritious. Flavorful. It’s like a triple high five, only better. 

The Marketplace offers righteous eats for anyone with awesome taste buds. We’ve got grab-and-go lunch and dinner fare (how convenient!) and tasty sides, for mix ‘n’ matching meals made from the cleanest, allergen-free ingredients. Every bite packs so much flavor, you may not want to share. With a menu that changes just about every week, you better swing on by more often than not. There’s a 15-minute parking spot out front just for you.   

Like the Eatery, our Marketplace takeout meals and sides get real, healthy food into the mouths of people who want or need it: All meals can please palettes on specific diets. We also donate meals to The Grief Support Network and give back to EFFA.

You could say we’re kinda obsessed with feeding hungry people!

Are you on the hunt for a commercial gluten-free kitchen space to host a food demo or workshop? How about consumer testing on a tasty new product or hosting your own cooking class? Fresh Thymes Marketplace has the goods. Our space is bright, inviting and 100% ready for action.

Rental Fees and Details:

$20–25/hour plus a refundable deposit for cleaning.

Need an assistant? We can do that. Request one for an additional fee.

Use of our appliances and utensils is included.

Sorry, food trucks and culinary companies. We don’t currently sublease our kitchen for large scale food production. Artisanal small batch creation, community, and food education events are just more our jam.

When it comes to food, inclusivity is our holy grail (insert angelic choir singing here). We believe everyone—regardless of allergies, dietary restrictions or appetite—should have easy access to every shade of delicious. That’s exactly what our cooking classes are designed to deliver.

Teachers include Owner and Holistic Natural Chef Christine Ruch, our team of natural chef trained culinary professionals as well as local food and nutrition experts.
